Welcome to SAP San Angelo Pool Service. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services We Provide

We offer professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in San Angelo, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly maintenance, one-time cleanings, equipment repairs, and specialty services like green pool treatment and tile cleaning.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We schedule appointments based on availability and weather conditions. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. For weekly service customers, we ask for 48 hours notice if you need to skip a scheduled visit.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to severe weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time service is completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For weekly service customers, we offer automatic monthly billing options.

If additional work or parts are needed beyond the agreed service, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. Late payments may result in service suspension until your account is current.

Access to Your Property

You agree to provide safe access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes unlocked gates or access codes. If we cannot access your pool on the scheduled day, we may need to reschedule, and standard fees may apply.

You are responsible for keeping pets secured during our service visits. If unsafe conditions prevent us from completing work, we will contact you to discuss solutions.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to inform us of any known issues with your pool equipment, special chemical sensitivities, or other concerns before we begin work. You also agree to maintain adequate water levels in your pool between services.

If you have pool equipment that is under warranty, please let us know before we perform any repairs. Some warranty terms may require specific service providers.

Liability and Warranties

We carry appropriate insurance and take care to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues with equipment that was already failing. We will notify you if we discover problems that need attention.

Our work is guaranteed for 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within this period and we will make it right. For equipment repairs, we stand behind our work and any parts we install according to manufacturer warranties.

Service Modifications

We may occasionally need to adjust our service offerings, pricing, or policies. We will give you reasonable notice of any changes that affect your service. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

Ending Service

Either party may end the service relationship at any time. Weekly service customers should provide 30 days notice to avoid charges for the following month. We reserve the right to discontinue service if terms are violated or payment issues arise.
